RESOLUTE produced custom corridor sconce lighting with integrated signage for a new 8-story, 122-unit  apartment building in downtown Seattle designed by architects Hewitt Seattle for developer HB Management.

The interior designer firm of Mercedes Fernandez Design specified an ADA-compliant sconce that is 26” tall, 5” wide, 3.5” deep and features a dull silver powder coat finish.  The shade is Carnegie XOREL Quarry 6619-92 fabric backed with high-impact copolymer sheet, frosted acrylic caps are attached top and bottom for full enclosure.

1.25” tall raised Univers 57 Condensed white acrylic numbers and Braille dots are mounted in the steel faceplate.

The fixture is powered by a Fulham universal voltage electronic ballast and utilizes a 24 watt fluorescent T5 “twin” 2G11 base lamp.
