RESOLUTE produced custom corridor sconce lighting with integrated signage for a new 101-unit  apartment building in West Seattle designed by architects Hewitt Seattle in collaboration with Mercedes Fernandez Interior Design.

The ADA-compliant sconce is 27” tall, 4.13” wide, 3.5” deep and features a bronze powder coat finish.  The shade is Carnegie XOREL Quarry 6619-91 fabric backed with high-impact copolymer sheet, frosted acrylic caps are attached top and bottom for full enclosure.  A complementary dark wood panel is mounted below the fixtures at door locations; fixtures without numbers are placed in elevator lobbies.

1” tall raised Univers 57 Condensed white acrylic numbers and Braille dots are set in laser cutouts in steel faceplate.

The fixtures is powered by a Fulham electronic ballast and utilizes a 14 watt T5 mini-bipin base fluorescent lamp.
